INWASO GROUP consists of three divisions, being the Chemicals division, the Plant and Infrastructure maintenance divisions. The latter is currently paused as the company seeks to strengthen its offerings in other key divisions. Through its unique and innovative approach to chemical formulation, INWASO GROUP offers customers a tailored solution that suits their exact needs at reduced costs. The company offers customised water treatment chemicals that can be utilised for various water use activities, such as drinking water, wastewater, industrial, and environmental water treatment functions.
The company provides a decentralised approach to water treatment through its use of modular package plants that allows for infrastructure deployment anywhere there is a need for a treatment plant, with no extensive land resource and bulk infrastructure requirements.
Its service offerings cater for a broad spectrum of clients across various industry verticals; from municipalities, mining companies, manufacturing, agricultural entities, hospitality industries (hotels, lodges, guest houses, and restaurants), property developments, retail, education sector (schools, colleges, and universities), the health sector (hospitals and clinics), car washes, and any other large water users.
INWASO GROUP’s founders have extensive engineering experience of over 20 years spanning across transportation, urban and water engineering to experiential skills at senior management in water utility management; including experience in the mining industry. Boasting top qualifications in engineering, they have also published papers.
Their experience has given them the required insight to the various market needs and how they could leverage their collective knowledge to provide a distinct service to the market.

Water scarcity is one of the most pressing global challenges of the 21st century due to its effects on public health, economies, and the environment. However, it can be argued that the water problem is no scarcity in the hydrosphere but the unavailability of sufficient good quality water. With significant increases in populations, industrial growth, and irrigation to meet high food demand and sewer flows, come increases in water demand. Poor water supply management exacts stress on sustainable water provision both in terms of quality and quantity. As a result, water quality is subjected to significant deterioration due to land-use activities that introduce large volumes of chemicals into water sources.
INWASO GROUP seeks to provide solutions which will promote high quality of treated water; an environmentally friendly treatment of sewer and industrial effluent; promote water recycling and reuse; reduce water distribution losses, and ensure effective management and utilisation of the scarce resource; thereby improving water security to meet demand, support economic growth, and mitigate environmental contraventions.
